How to Apply

  • Who needs to complete an application? All individuals that need to be listed on the lease will need to complete an application.
  • Application: Complete Applications online. Once completed, a co-signer application request will automatically be sent to the email you indicated on your application for your co-signer. Co-signers will need to complete all portions of their application, including providing proof of income.
  • Screening: Once applications have been received from everyone (applicant and co-signer), an email request/link will be sent to you and your co-signer to complete the screening process. This process is completed by TransUnion, and you will be directed to their website. You and your co-signer will each need to provide your individual information and pay the fee (this is the only application fee we charge).
  • Lease: Once the groups' application and screening have been completed and approved, a lease will be sent out to all tenants/co-signers to review and sign.
  • Security Deposit: The security deposit is due at the time of signing and must be provided via certified funds. The deposit amount is 1 month's rent amount. Deposits can not be used toward any rent payments.
